The Founders of Private Agricultural Sector Support (PASS) Trust have appointed Ms. Esther Kileo Kitoka as Chairperson of its Board of Trustees, marking a new chapter in the Trust’s drive for strong governance, inclusive leadership, and agricultural sector transformation.
A banking and finance veteran with over 25 years’ experience, Ms. Kitoka has held senior roles at the Bank of Tanzania, CRDB Bank Plc, and Equity Bank Tanzania, and currently serves as CEO and Board Director of ADC Tanzania Limited. She brings deep expertise in risk management, corporate governance, and strategy, with a track record of driving growth and institutional excellence.
Her appointment is set to further strengthen PASS Trust’s mission of expanding access to finance and empowering agribusinesses across Tanzania.
