Mr. Adam Kamanda has over 15 years of experience in, Credit management, Business Development, Banking Operations, Control Function and Forensic investigation, Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Accounting and Finance, having worked in various positions in institutions such as Ernst & Young (EY), Stanbic Bank, Equity Bank, Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank (TADB) and Engie Energy Access. Professionally, Mr. Adam Kamanda career growth has elapsed from External Auditing (Assurance function) at Ernst & Young; Internal auditor, Operation risk and Risk assurance manager, Forensic investigator, Operations Control and Head of Operations with Stanbic Bank; Head of risk and Compliance with Equity Bank; Director for risk and compliance, Director for Credit and Business Development for TADB; he also worked as the Chief Credit Officer for Engie Energy Access Tanzania a Renewable Energy financing sector.
Adam is a graduate and an alumnus from the University of Dar es Salaam Business School (UDBS), he holds various certificates of accomplishments in risk management, agriculture financing, Banking, Procurement, Leadership, Accounting packages, with several other attained trainings across his career within the 15 years working experience.
