Ms. Safia Mbamba

Safia Mbamba is the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager, she joined PASS Trust October 2010, as Senior Business Development Officer Morogoro Branch with over 10 years’ experience in Private Sector Development. In 2012 she was promoted to Zonal Manager covering Morogoro, Dodoma, Singida, Coast, Dar es Salaam, Unguja and Pemba Regions and in 2016 she was promoted to Monitoring and Evaluation Manager. Before joining PASS Trust she worked with The Netherland Development Organization SNV, Rural livelihood Development Company (RLDC) and Tanzania Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (TCCIA). Safia holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree and Masters of Science Degree in Agriculture, both from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). She also holds Certificates in International Project Management, International Monitoring and Evaluation of Development Projects, International Project Cycle Management, Integrating Gender Perspective in Private Sector Development Programmes, General Tools and Concepts in Agribusiness SME Development, Facilitation and Advisory skills course, Business Management Skills Training, among others.
