Ms. Vailet Aaron

Vaileth Aron is a PASS Trust Zonal Manager in the Southern Zone Regions covering Mtwara, Lindi and Ruvuma regions. She is passionate about developing sustainable solutions to improve the livelihoods of small and medium agribusiness. She joined PASS in 2015 from Wildlife Conservation Society of Tanzania (WCST) where she worked as Rural Development expert, In PASS, she has worked as Business Development officer in Southern Zone covering Mtwara, Lindi and Ruvuma region. In September 2022, she was promoted to Zonal Manager for Songea Office. She is a holder of Master Degree in Business Administration majoring Agribusiness and Bachelor of Rural Development both from Sokoine University of Agriculture Morogoro Tanzania.
